Our Practice Areas

Personal Injury law typically involves claims of negligence in which physical and/or psychological injuries are sustained as a result of accidents involving motor vehicles, bicycles, trips, slips and falls, premises liability, lack of security and workplace accidents. It may also involve defective products, toxic torts and other situations where individuals and/or entities have breached their standard of care, causing injuries to others.  Medical malpractice claims are based upon the substandard care rendered by medical professionals and institutions. Our legal fees for personal injury and medical malpractice matters are contingent upon recovery, so that our clients need not pay us until we successfully obtain compensation for their injuries.
